Convert ISO files to Wave

Can we use JRiver to convert ISO files to Wav? IF not is there any other way?

ISO can be a generic term for a lot of different disk image types.  Media Center doesn't convert a disk image to wave format, unless you can mount it as a virtual CD.

What I am trying to do is to convert ISO files into either PCM and
use saracon to convert the PCM to DSD using different sampling rate.
