Use that instrument with all those keys with symbols on them to type them in (that's one way).  You might have used it to type this message in originally.

1. DONT YELL.  It's not polite.

2. r.click on the track in the right panel, select properties, type away.

.or.

2a. Slow dbl .or. alt-click on any field on the track in the right panel and edit in place.

3. Use White-Out(TM) and a felt tip pen.
