Failed Creating Graph when switching videos!!

I keep getting "Failed creating graph" after I switch to another video. I have the latest verision installed. Not sure why this is doing it all of a sudden. Any Ideas?

Are you using 'Red October Standard' in Options > Video?

If not, please give it a try.
