Gentlemen!

I am all out of ideas! Need some advice...

I am running MC 16. Attempting to connect with Gizmo. I can connect on the LAN side of things, no problem. The Verizon 4g on the Galaxy Nexus, however, is another story.

It sees the IP of the server computer (win 7) it sees the 52199 port, as is evidenced by repeated short displays of that info on multiple attempts to connect but no dice.

Here is what I did so far:

D-Link 655 is forwarding the port 52199
I opened that port on the windows firewall
I have no other firewall installed
I ran 'netstat' the port is listed as "listening"
When running the MC test it comes back with "this library server is not reachable..."

I searched this forum up and down and tried everything I can think of...

Any ideas?

Your setup sounds correct.
If you try a web browser on your Nexus and connect to the outside IP address of your router on port 52199 you should get a Library server web page from MC. If you don't then there is something wrong with the forward on the router or the IP address you are using.
