I use MC17 to record (OTA) TV shows and I can see the output .ts files contain 4 CC text streams. If the recording is done in the .ts format and when it is working, the .ts file can be played with VLC and the CC text can be shown by VLC.
The .ts format is not always playable outside of MC but plays fine inside. However MC does not show the CC text.
Is the CC text supported by MC? If it is not can the CC support be added to MC?
