In the past, we did all kind of nifty things with ListBuild to emulate multiple values.
Fortunately somewhere in 17 a couple of fields where changed to support multiple values.
For audio:
Actors
Artist
Composer
Conductor
Country
Director
Editor
Events
Genre
Keywords
Language
Lyricist
People
Places
Producer
Soloist
There are 2 fields not supporting multiple values
Orchestra
Instrument
In classical one have combinations like The London Classical Player / The Schutz Choir of London.
I do think Orchestra could profit by supporting multiple values as well
Instrument I do think another and even more likely candidate to supported multiple values eg. Violin; viola; cello
Crucial is to keep the tagging consistent.
I rely on the pick list to obtain this.
When editing Artist I can select one and only one value from the pick list.
I don’t see any option to select two or more values from the list.
What am I missing?
If it really is impossible to do so I would love to have a dialogue with check boxes as e.g. used in the rules
