I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x already.

Had version 6 & loved it.  No probs. Was going to purchase plus version.

You probably don't have the full file.

Try another download and watch it to make sure it really downloads.  IE has a bug in this area.

Try downloading with another browser or with an ftp program.
