Smooth video on TV using HDMI in a multi monitor setup.
« on: October 05, 2012, 06:09:44 pm »

JRiver has an option to automatically adjust Display settings according to the framerate of a video.

My TV (Loewe Connect ID 40) supports 24fps, 50fps and 60 fps. However I cannot select 24 fps when having additional monitors connected, that do not support those settings.
An option to specify settings for different monitors would be nice.

You can do this in extended mode, but not in mirrored mode.

Yes, I confirm that different frame rates work for me with the same graphiccard.

However I can't control them with JRiver, if they are not supported by all monitors.

Ah yes, this makes sense. There's only one global video settings place, for all monitors, I imagine. Perhaps there's something configurable in zones? Several peopel ahve asked for more customisation in zones, so this might be added to the list.
