Ever since I upgraded from ver 6 to ver 7 I've been unable to make CD's from Mp3's.  I've checked the faq's, adjusted the DMA and other settings, tried deleting tracks, etc., all to no avail.  I've tried bumping down the list to under 70 minutes although I was previously able to do 80 minute recordings.  I've even tried recording previously successful recorded playlists and get the same negative results.  I also tried uninstalling ver 7 and then reinstalling but no luck there either.  I'm running a Win 98 OS, with a HP 8100 CD-R.  The drive is working fine as I can copy files to that drive with no problem using Adaptec CD.  Any ideas?  Should I try the ver 8 beta?  Thanks in advance,

It wouldn't hurt to try 8 (unless bugs really freak you out)

If it's still a no-go, give a shout and we'll dig some more.
