Confused about youtube playback

Why do some videos play within MC17 and go to full screen with sound but if I enter and do a search in youtube for another artist and then click to play that video it remains a small picture with no sound. In the latter case the screen with the option to play in MC or add to library etc never appears. Am I asking for something that isn't available?

I see now that only items marked as "Featured Videos" play in full scren.  I guess this is another of those revenue sharing concepts.

Sorry for the ignorant question - I'm new to the software....
I see the available option of "add the link to my library (no download)" when selecting a youtube video, but can't seem to find where it has been stored.

I've searched the forum and web - finding nothing helpful. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
