Audio Path info not displaying
« on: October 19, 2012, 03:46:31 pm »

Hello:

I've installed a trial version of MC17 on an HP Windows Home Server (I also installed a client version on my laptop, just so I don't have to remote desktop into the server every time).  I'm using MC to control music files streaming from my server to various DLNA receivers (Squeezeboxes, a Pioneer AVR, Yamaha AVR, NetGear NeoTV 550, and an Oppo BDP 93).  Here's the streaming path:  my server is hard wired (ethernet connection) to my router, and all my other devices are networked via switches (also ethernet, nothing's wireless).  The NetGear and Oppo are connected via HDMI to the AVRs.  I've run into a few issues, one of which is that when I put my mouse over the "equalizer" symbol in the upper right corner of MC, the audio path info. that is supposed to show up in the pop up box is blank.  Am I missing a setting that simply enables the data to display;or, does that data show only if I'm streaming directly out of a PC rather than over my network?
