Need some help. just installed MC18 with default settings on a brand new system.  imported 3 ISO movies and i get 3 different results described below.  all 3 are DVD rips into ISO format using DVDFab and all 3 play fine using other media players.  would like to get this working so i can confirm functionality before my trial runs out so that i can purchase a license.

BTW this is when viewing on my DLNA devices i have tried a Samsung Blu-Ray player and a WD Live TV Hub as the DLNA Clients and both experience the same behavior.

Setup:
Custom Built HTPC
Windows 8.1
Synology NAS 1513+

Gangster Squad = cannot play this format
killing them softly = plays fine with Dolby Digital Audio
the guilt trip = plays video but says no audio channel and no audio is output.

Try just playing them on the server itself.

From the server when i play all 3 files i get audio and video playing properly from MC.

Sorry for the noob questions just haven't found a great default setup and config guide for JRiver yet could just be my poor searching...

ok i also just tried from the server playing to my WD Live TV DLNA device and that worked fine for all 3 movies with audio and video but for some reason i cannot get them to play from the device itself.

anyone have pointers logs etc... to try and troubleshoot why video isn't playing properly on my DLNA Clients? i have been working with this all day and just cant figure out where the problem is.
