My setup has now configured a remote (Microsoft MCE) and has learned (without problems) the powerdown/powerup commands from my receiver's original IR Remote.

Then I've got to associate the MCE blue button to MC send through the IR-Blast the powerup/powerdown command.

Is there anywary to MC autmatically send this commands without having to trigger them pressing any Remote MCE button ?

Could be useful to powerup/powerdown the amplifier automatically while MC is running/playing any content in the HTPC.

Is it possible to issue an MCC core command to operate a remote control function?  I could not see that it was possible, but if so, you could ask windows to issue the command when the pc awoke or restarted.  Can this be made possible?

If the PC is already on, could you add the amplifier blast to be issued after you press the green button?

The above would be difficult for anyone who has a toggle on/off button.
