When importing files,a message from Realnetworks pops up, stating that it cannot be determined if I have the correct version of Realplayer to play the file. "The file" is not specified. The message asks if I want to download the current version of Realplayer. I can click exit on the message, if I happen to be watching the file import progress, but if I'm not, the message times out and locks up Media Jukebox. I have to use Task Manager to close Media Jukebox and then restart.
I consider Realplayer to be ad/spyware, this aggressive marketing ploy being an example, and don't want to download it, which would be one way of solving the problem. I've searched for files with Realnetworks or realplayer in the titles with no result. I've also used Spybot, and don't find anything. Real player has never been installed on either of my current hard drives.
How can I find and delete this intrusion?
P.S. Media Jukebox is one of the best programs ever!
