recording off of a minidisc player worked just a week ago, but now it suddenly doesn't.  (I still have several days in the trial period and was going to buy) It looks like everything is working when I use the "record sound " feature, but after I exit, the file is nowhere to be found.  I tried changing the file locations in the options and also tried entering and not entering titles, but nothing worked. What do you think is the trouble?

However, go to MJ, Help menu and System Info. Copy / paste the info here and someone will help I'm sure.

Could be a lot of things.  Volume setting on the player.  Cable plugged into the wrong connector on the sound card.  Another program controlling the sound card.  Etc.
