can't import images to Cd labler,any ideas anyone?

I'm using ver 8.0.396. Windows 98.
I cannot import any images at all. Presumably you can't associate image files (ie,jpg) with MJ like you can with media centre. Is there something else I have overlooked when installing for instance?
Someone help please  :)
