I am little confused and hoping someone could help me out. I have movies on my main PC where I have a huge library. I have broken all my movies in genre's so they are easily accessible. But when I go to sync library and it sync up it is missing some of my genre's. This also happens when I try to use gizmo from my Android. Some of the movies do not show up when I select movies. (On the gizmo app I can't not get the genre's show up so it basically puts them all in a huge list but missing movies.)

Now I can go either on the app or the other JRiver application on the other PC to recently added files and I can see of the movies that are in the missing genres.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Registered JRiver 17.0.189 version.

If the genres aren't there, you'll have to fill them back in by hand or using a library tool.

If you think they were there a few days ago, you could restore a library backup.  Media Center makes the automatically.
