help please... where are MC 18 playlists stored?

I've had to replace my old computer (basically rebuilt it with new motherboard, processor and SSD boot drive), and I need to import all my old playlists from my old computer, and I can't find them.  My media files are on an external HD, and I can't find them on either of my old C:\ or my G:\music drives.  (the external drive hosting all my audio media didn't change) My new install of MC18 on my computer can't find them...

They are part of the Library.  My library is here:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 18\Library
