Hi everyone,

This strange occurrence just started to happen. While listening to my backed up music files in flac in theatre view everything sounds perfect, then switch directly to standard view and playback becomes distorted and garbled, slowing down and speeding up.

Why would playing the file from standard view be any different?

I'm using wasapi event style and bitstreaming to my rotel receiver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure why this was happening but I seem to have fixed it. I noticed that windows had downloaded 106 updates! So I restored windows back to a point before the updates and the problem stopped occurring.

Computers are weird.
