Need A Little Help Going from MC17 to MC18
« on: January 12, 2013, 03:10:25 pm »

Forum,

Good day to you!

I bought a MC18 license a little while ago and the time has come to upgrade.

Can I please get some advice on how exactly to move up to 18 while keeping ALL of my settings, views, column widths etc.

I cant recall what I did when I went from 16 to 17.

Thanks in advance,

Patrick

Keep MC17 installed.

Then download and install MC18.

Someday later uninstall MC17.

Thanks Matt!  I feel silly for asking seeing that it is so easy.  No wonder I couldn't remember the procedure going from 15 to 16 and 16 to 17.  There is none.

Cheers!

Keep MC17 installed.

Then download and install MC18.

Someday later uninstall MC17.

This is what I did. Worked perfectly. Now we are v18 exclusively on all machines.

Cheers!
