FYI... There is an even cooler way, if you want.  Set up a Details Style view with the fields you want saved out in MC.  Select the files you'd like to export, and right-click > Edit Commands > Copy.

Open up Excel, make a new blank spreadsheet.  Right click > Paste.

Now you have a spreadsheet with the actual field contents from MC included (which can then be sorted through the normal Excel means and everything).
