DLNA Server Slow to be Recognized

This is sort of a weird problem I've had ever since switching to JRiver. When I turn my TV on, or search via my DLNA tablet app, the JRiver DLNA server is always slow to be recognized. Sometimes it can take close to 5 minutes to be picked up. I sometimes run Mezzmo and Serviio, and both of those are recognized almost immediately.

Could this possibly be due to some strange setting I have set in JRiver? If not, any other ideas?
