Screensaver showing up in Display View all of a sudden!

I've been using 17 for about a year. And all of a sudden when I boot up the computer, launch MC (which enters Theater View on start) and play a playlist of videos, my screensaver kicks in about 15 minutes later. This just started two days ago and I can't figure out why. I have MC on three computers. Both run XP.

Any thoughts on what might have caused this? Obviously I could just disable the screensaver, but I've never had to worry about that until two dadys ago.
