Last two builds don't work well for me - Live TV and recordings problems

Live TV doesn't work at all from a Library Client (using the server's tuners) anymore. It always says there are no tuners available, which is false (and this differs from previous versions where I'd get this message, because the server doesn't freeze up). This happens 100% of the time.

Recordings work, but they don't show up in the same spot as they normally do and they don't have any meta data on them. So, Daniel Tiger recorded, but went into "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood (1)" and the only information about it was the date. No summary or other information like all previous ones have had.
