on the screen it shows you are trying to output 64bit sound??? I am pretty sure no sound card can support it hence the error message.

What is your sound card?

It's normal for 64bit data to be delivered to ASIO:

I'm not sure the issue.  Does the device work in ASIO mode with any program?  Does the device work in JRiver if you use a different output mode in Options > Audio?

  • Where did I put my teeth?

Did you check with the manufacturer to ask if they have an updated ASIO driver?

Also, remember that you need a 32bit ASIO driver for JRiver.
