Do you need a plug in for the new Rio Riot?

Almost certianly. We do not have one here to test. If the Rio Riot is recognized by your system as a removable or fixed drive, then it should work with no Plug-in. If not, you can email me at steve@jriver.com and I can send you something to test to see if we can make something that will work.  Unfortunately, Rio/SonicBlue is completely unhelpful and will not send us what we need to support these new players so we have to try to patch something together on our own to get these to work.
