Theater View, remove: "Volume Up" & "Volume Down"

In Theater view, "More"
...is there any way to remove the volume control items?

Volume mode is disabled in Audio settings.

Very minor issue, 'but I've always wondered.

+1 - ...or even, if Volume Mode is not disabled in Audio Settings?
