I have a question about the DLNA Video Encoder.  Currently I have DLNA up and running and video plays smoothly on my Sharp TV no problems using the MPEG2/DVD Stream Encoder for video.  Now if I play HD bluray files .mkv or .mp4 or whatever, does it give a DVD quality? I'd like to be able to watch my movies in high-def 1080p... so my question is which Encoder should I be using?

Actually it is up to your Sharp TV to decide which video streams it supports. You have to Consult your manual for the TV to find that out. Then you can tell MC if it should do on-the-fly transcoding of the video stream or not. With DLNA you are always limited to what the rendere supports.
If you want MC to render the video, connect the TV and PC with a HDMI cable. The rendere in MC is superior in performance.
