...or, at least, I think that's why all of my lyrics fields are gobbledygook in Mac. Anyone else seeing this?

Could you mail a sample file with gobbledygook lyrics to logs _at_ jriver (dot) com?

If we can reproduce it, hopefully we'll be able to get it fixed.

Interestingly, most of the files that I click on with lyrics show [Varies] in the tag editor, even with only one file selected. I have found a few that have randomness in there, but they're large files: I use the lyrics field for tracklists in dj mixes, and these are some of those. That file's too big to email, for sure, so I uploaded it for you. http://benthic.cc/week43.mp3

The lyrics for that track look correct to me in MC for Mac.

What if you do right-click > Library Tools > Update Library (from tags)?

Hey, that did it. Also got a few more that never showed as garbled, always showed [Varies]. Thanks Matt!
