Import problem
« on: March 29, 2013, 05:52:35 pm »

The latest build just wiped out my library files.  The media no longer shows in the main library.

I lost all my Pod Casts and links, All references to my 50K+ music files and all of my 1000+ video files no longer are in my library.

Also, it automatically went to import from my PC when the Auto-Import has been shut off.

You have a backup, right?  ;)

MC makes backups automatically.  Just restore one.

I'll move this to a new thread in a few hours.

Hi Jim,
Yes, I did a recall of the last backup and it restored the library.  I was getting ready to update my last post when I saw your reply.  Sorry for the panic.
Still, what caused the Auto Import to kick in?  I assume that is a default when no items exist in a library?
Thanks for the prompt reply.
