Sound Pauses when opening album images

Wasapi event style
Crucial SSD
Apple Lossless 100GB collection
USB
M-DAC

When playing music the display window can pause the music for a second before the image comes up.

It's OK when switched to Cover Art rather than cycling images. It's OK when I close the display windows.
