How to: Forget playback position / settings?
« on: March 30, 2013, 05:17:08 am »

Is there a way to make  MC forget playback position when restarting a file?   And also what settings you may have selected for  Subtitles, Streams, etc..

Currently its making testing with a limited file set annoying.

Even hitting the stop button and then play again MC still remember, and imho this is not  kosher behavior.

On top of that, even if I exit MC and then open MC it will play back from the same position, etc.   I view that as even more inappropriate than  remembering position on a manual stop / play.

Press the stop button twice, or edit the tag.  I think it's called Bookmark.  There is also a setting that allows you to tell MC not to use bookmarks.

Options -> General -> Behavior -> Resume playback using bookmarks
