APE file up sampling from 44.1 to 96K issue

My DSP setting is up sampling from 44.1 to 96K. If I play the APE file extensions. When every song I play to about 50%. JRiver will automatically go to the next song. I test it on three PC and all of them have same issue.

Sorry, the problem is cue files. not ape

I just played a CUE file pointing to an APE.  I enabled resampling to 96kHz.

It seems to play tracks fine, to the 100% mark.

Any other clues?
