my Meitner MA-1 USB input can not lock 48/96/192!!ok NOW!!

My MA-1 can not lock 48,96,192 file at the USB input.
       I updated the usb driver to 16.3,but it can not solve  this problem.
       I have to play the 48,96,192 file through   TOS 1 connector  by my blu_ray player before through USB. then MA-1 can recognize  48,96,192 file.
       I need you help!

I try  to use winxp 32 bit ！ but IT  can't solve the problem.

Meitner engineer help me  to solve the problems! SO be carefully！you must connect with Meitner  support engineer BEFORE you update MA-1！
