How to get audio file Send to Web or FTP server to work?

Anyone know how to get audio file Send to Web or FTP server to work? I right-click and audio file, click Send to, Web or FTP server... and nothing happens. I just seems that Send to, Web or FTP server does not work on audio files.

I need the answer to this question also.I see no answer for almost seven months.Does anyone know how to use the FTP server it does work for me either?
