Are you running WinNT/2000/or XP? If so, I would suggest downloading and installing the latest "ASPI" software from Adaptec. The link is here:
http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/drivers_by_product.html?cat=%2fProduct%2fASPI-4.70&prodkey=ASPI-4.70#Microsoft%20Windows%202000Then reboot, start up MJ, go to Settings/Options/CD writer settings and uncheck the "use generic driver" option.
Even if you didn't load a new aspi layer, see if you can uncheck the "use generic driver" option.
Also, if you're willing to try beta software, you could download our version 8 beta and see if it works better for you.
Actually the NUCDR.OCX is part of Media Jukebox, it's the generic burning driver. Version 8 of Media Jukebox uses an updated version of this called CDWRITERXP.OCX which has many bug fixes.
At this point, if you prefer not to try the beta, you should probably uninstall and reinstall Media Jukebox 7.2.
Please let us know if any of this works or you are still having the problem.
Thanks,
John T.
