crashing problem in_mp4.dll

hello everyone

please help solving a crashing problem in jriver 18.
The problem happens over and over every couple of minutes.
i am getting this log after the crash:

First, download the latest build from the top of this board directly from JRiver.  If it still crashes, it's probably a specific file causing problems.  If we could get a copy, we'll get it fixed.

In that case, please use Help > Logging to capture a crash log, then send it to logs (at) jriver (dot) com.

As for now I'm using the latest built 18.0.183.
I'll try to get a log and to forward it the thew informed mail.

Thanks for the file.

We were treating an atom in the file structure incorrectly.  I'm not quite sure if it's our problem or the file's problem (still investigating), but the crash will be fixed next build.
