How may one operate Apply on an oversized Edit Smartlist dialog?

Can anyone tell me operate Apply on this oversized Edit Smartlist dialog?



Mouse click on the little bit of the button that's visible is not recognised. There's no access key that I can see. And focus control seems broken - TAB fails to reach the Apply button.
