I am having a problem with dropouts on my Desktop even though I am connected through USB to a quality DAC. I have determined that the problem is coming from the PC. All solutions suggested seem improbable to me. So I want to move my music to a laptop.

How can I accomplish the transfer of the JRiver  lilcense? I am using JRiver 18 Media Center latest version.
What is the best way to transfer all of my ripped music from the desktop to the laptop?

Thanky ou.

Load MC on to your laptop. Sort out the licence file and go.

Search the forum &/or Wiki for details of the number of installations you can have in place at any one time.

Dropouts are usually a configuration issue, and I would be surprised if they can't be solved by changing the output mode used, or the size of the buffers.
