Lightweight Media center
« on: July 01, 2013, 02:00:51 pm »

Hi, I am trying to make media center run with the library stored on a WD Mybook network drive, with a samsung netbook as client. The netbook isnot very strong at all, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me if MC18 is specially light-running, or if I should stick with the last version I purchased, MC15. Or maybe there is a version in between you would recommend in my case? thank you..

Resource consumption in MC is very low.

There have been speed improvements in each version so V18 runs the best.

Ka-ching...ka-ching (that's the sound of mojave's commission).
