Upgrading from 16 to 19

I just purchased the upgrade for Media Center 19 and I thought I could just go from 16 to 19.  Can I do that and what am I doing wrong if you can?

MC19 isn't out yet.

Install (and enjoy) MC18 in the meantime.  Your license will work with it.
