I've got the cases on the way, and am about to extend my small home network by two PCs:
- One will run nothing but MC, probably Win 7, no need for a monitor
optical discs will run on a networked Oppo
- one MC; and a browser via a 22" touchscreen,
so probably Win 8 and "reasonable" onboard video
After just recently the cost of setting up a good NAS and a new general purpose quad core PC,
and a top quality DAC for the "main system"
I'd like to keep the purchase (and running) cost low.
And without games or Office, the processor can be low power
For just MC, is an Atom enough?
For the motherboard, how's the Intel DN2800MT
