...Set a default editor so I can use the send to default editor context menu?

...Convert and export a file to another format, e.g. HD FLAC --> Apple Lossless?

Or if default editor refers to a built-in editor in MC, then it isn't working in Mac. Nor can I get the manually created send to setup to send a file to Amadeus Pro, the audio editor I use

Got the conversions to work via right-click menu... That drop here arrow in the action box does not appear to work...

Nope. Conversion does not work properly. 192/24 FLAC converts to Apple Lossless @ 192/24, which does not permit transfer to iDevices or iTunes in the Cloud, instead of being downsampled to 44.1/16, the Apple Lossless standard
