JRiver PCM + Onkyo PR-SC885P issues

Hi,
if you have same proceesor than me, would you please explain how to configure my Onkyo for PCM audio in 5.1 or 7.1? I have tried everything (I think) but all that Im getting is 2 channel audio (stereo) no surround. thanks

How is your PC configured? What motherboard are you using?

We would need to know how you connected your PC to your Onkyo; HDMI, Optical, Coax, Analog?

mobo: Gigabyte LGA 1155 DDR3 1600 Intel H77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Motherboard GA-H77N-WIFI (dual HDMI)
windows 7
all conections goes thru HDMI
