I have just upgraded to 19.

I usually use Wasapi I use bitstreaming but I have tried both Wasapi options and get no sound.

If I use Default Audio Direct Sound it works.

Please advise..

Could it be MC18 that is still installed?

Direct sound sounds pretty good

Check in task manager to see if MC18 is still running. If so, end it.  Then try wasapi again in 19.

I note that when choosing Wasapi it is listing the sound device as High definition speakers instead of Digital Spidif

It sounds like the problem is that your sound device is not being listed.

Fixed.

Seems to have been a conflict in windows sounds.
