Can I access webgizmo with a smart tv

The title says it all.  I want to know if I get a smart tv with built in wifi and hang it on my wall with no cables (except power of course) can I easily access webgizmo and play all my media on it.  Does anyone have any personal experience with this?  Are there issues with lag or picture quality?
