I have a second occurrence of the same problem. 
 When I create and load a new networked library.   The playing there zones do not open up on my primary user account.  I can use the remote library locally... but I can't control the remote zone .    On the same pc using a different user account I can open the remote network library and control it as normal.

my primary account was working fine..   then something happened.... I have no idea where to look for a fix.

I did attempt to log into a different remote library on a different network which had also worked but the owner reconfigured their network and my attempt failed.

This is the second time I have had this issue...   y last fix...  I had to create a brand new user account.... move everything over and then jriver remote worked as it should.

What do I look to fix?
