Sorry, I misread your question.

You can convert files with Library Tools. Right click the file you wish to convert, choose Library Tools/Convert. From the Action Window, first choose the format you wish to convert to from the dropdown list, then choose Options. In the Options window you can choose the location and the mode. Below that you can choose to skip certain fiels and apply DSP settings (make sure you check these if you wish to apply DSP, otherwise its best to leave it disabled).

I assumed it was there, I just checked and its not  :-[ Sorry.

I have to point out though that converting mp3 to m4a is a lossy process. In other words, you'll loose some quality.

In all honesty I think you're better off leaving mp3 as they are, unless you devices that can only deal with m4a and not with mp3?

thank you for the information!
I know that i will loss quality with the conversion but I need do it for save space in my SD card of my phone.
If I encode all files in 160kbps in AAC I can gain 50% of space in my memory. So I would like do it for this. If I could get a microSD of 256GB for 50€ I don't need do it. But for 50€ I only can found a memory of 64GB. Is not enough for my music :(

So, does anyone know how to encode all library in AAC/MP4?

Thank you!!

So your phone doesn't support mp3?

If it does, you can simply reencode them as 128 or 160kpbs mp3?

my phone support mp3 and mp4/aac but I prefer convert mp3 in 320kbps to aac in 160kbps. With this I conserve the quality of my music files and I get %50 of the new space =)
If i convert mp3/320kbps to mp3/128kbps I will loss many quality in comparative.
