Does it organize music like itunes ..thats the only reason i still have it installed on my pc... if so please tell me how to configure it

You can organize your library almost any way you want it.
What is it specifically that you are trying to accomplish? (I have not used iTunes for a long time)

if you mean, does it automatically move your media files to paths that reflect your changes to tags, the answer is No.

MC doesn't care much about the file paths.  If keeping the paths in synch with your metadata is important, you can use the Rename tool periodically to move files around based on your path / file name templates.
