Dragging & dropping songs from iTunes - how does this function?

I noticed that in the Windows version of MC it is possible to drag & drop songs directly from iTunes. How do I do this with the Mac version?

It doesn't sound like it's been implemented yet.  Perhaps this will be implemented in the future.
